Privacy Policy — STACKORA
This policy describes how the STACKORA developer ("we") handles information in the Android game and when you contact us. STACKORA does not require an account or login. We do not operate a server that receives your game saves.
1. Game data and support
The game stores information on your device to maintain your progress and preferences. This includes:
- level progress, the current board, available pieces, scores and unfinished games;
- in-game coins, energy and refill timing, unlocked slots, rewards and building or collection progress;
- tutorial status, language, sound, vibration, number display, reduced-motion preferences and a locally selected age range (under 13, 13–15, or 16 and over).
This game data is not uploaded to us. Android may back up or transfer app data depending on your device, backup provider and system settings. We do not provide our own cloud-save service.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you voluntarily provide, such as a description of a problem or screenshots. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Advertising, analytics and sharing
From version 0.16.0, STACKORA uses Google AdMob for occasional interstitial ads at level transitions and optional rewarded videos for an extra board slot, one continuation per attempt or an energy refill. Normal restart and return to the home screen do not trigger ads. Development builds use Google demo ads; release builds use our production ad units. The app does not include a separate developer-operated analytics or crash-reporting service.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device or app identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. Google and its advertising partners process these for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The SDK encrypts its network data in transit. We can view advertising performance reports in AdMob. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services.
We do not sell personal information or share local game saves with advertisers. Support emails are processed by the email service used to receive and respond to your message. We may disclose information we hold when required by applicable law.
Before requesting live ads, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information and display required privacy messages, including in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and applicable US states. Live ads are requested only when UMP permits requests. Where required, you can reopen the message in Settings → Ad privacy options. Your consent choices determine the ad serving permitted; refusal does not necessarily mean all advertising or processing stops. You can also use Android's advertising-ID controls where supported. Development builds may request Google demo ads when the consent service is unavailable; this never enables production ads.
Previous-version note: version 0.15.0 had no advertising SDK or advertising requests. Its game saves remain local as described in this policy.
3. Permissions and third-party services
The game uses vibration for optional gameplay feedback and network access for consent and ads. The advertising SDK uses network-state and advertising-related permissions or system services, including the advertising ID when permitted. We do not request contacts, camera, microphone, photos or precise-location permissions.
Android, Google Play and your backup or email provider may process information independently when you use their services. If this policy is viewed on GitHub Pages, GitHub may process technical request information to deliver the page. These services are governed by their own policies, including Google's Privacy Policy and GitHub's Privacy Statement. This page contains no analytics scripts, embedded ads or tracking cookies added by us.
4. Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until it is overwritten during play or removed. To remove it, clear STACKORA's app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. This also removes your local progress. Manage system backups separately with your device or backup provider; restoring a backup may restore earlier game data.
We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence we hold, subject to those obligations. Deleting the app does not automatically delete support emails or information held independently by a platform or service provider.
5. Security and your choices
Game saves use Android's app-private storage. We restrict our use of support correspondence to handling requests and related obligations. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can change gameplay preferences in the app, manage backups through system settings, and delete local data as described above. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold. Contact us using the address below. We cannot retrieve your device-only saves or directly delete data held independently by other providers.
6. Children's privacy
STACKORA is intended for players aged 13 and over, not children under 13. Before initializing ads, the app asks for a broad age range without asking for a birth date. If under 13 is selected, the app does not initialize or request ads. For ages 13–15, it applies under-age-of-consent settings to UMP and Google Mobile Ads. The age range is stored locally; the corresponding advertising restrictions are passed to Google, rather than a birth date. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
7. Changes and contact
We will publish policy changes on this page and update the date and applicable version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before introducing new data processing.

这些游戏数据不会上传给我们。Android 可能根据设备、备份服务和系统设置备份或迁移应用数据；我们不提供自建云存档服务。
如果你通过邮件联系我们，我们会收到你的邮箱地址及你主动提供的内容，例如问题描述或截图，并将其用于回复和处理请求。请勿发送密码或不必要的敏感信息。
2. 广告、分析与信息分享
自 0.16.0 起，STACKORA 使用 Google AdMob，在部分关卡切换时展示插屏广告，并提供由你主动选择观看的激励视频，用于解锁额外格子、每局一次继续或补充能量。正常重开与返回首页不触发广告。开发版本使用 Google 测试广告，正式版本使用我们的正式广告位。应用没有另行接入由开发者运营的分析或远程崩溃报告服务。

3. 权限与第三方服务

当你使用相关服务时，Android、Google Play、备份或邮箱服务商可能独立处理信息。如果你在 GitHub Pages 上浏览本政策，GitHub 可能为提供网页而处理技术请求信息。这些服务适用各自的政策，包括 Google 隐私政策及 GitHub 隐私声明。本页面没有我们添加的分析脚本、嵌入广告或跟踪 Cookie。
4. 保存期限与删除
本地游戏数据会保留至游戏过程中被更新覆盖或被删除。你可以在 Android 系统设置中清除 STACKORA 的应用存储，或卸载应用，以删除本地数据；这也会删除本地游戏进度。系统备份需通过设备或备份服务单独管理，恢复备份可能还原之前的游戏数据。
我们仅在处理请求和履行适用义务所需的期间保留支持邮件。你可以要求删除我们持有的邮件，但需遵守相关义务。删除应用不会自动删除支持邮件，或平台及服务商独立持有的信息。
5. 安全与选择
游戏存档保存在 Android 应用私有存储中。我们将支持邮件的使用限制在处理请求和相关义务范围内。任何存储或通信方式都无法保证绝对安全。
你可以在游戏中调整偏好，通过系统设置管理备份，并按上述方式删除本地数据。根据适用法律，你可能享有访问、更正、删除或限制使用我们持有的个人信息等权利，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。我们无法读取仅保存在你设备上的存档，也无法直接删除其他服务商独立持有的数据。
6. 儿童隐私
STACKORA 面向 13 岁及以上玩家，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。应用在初始化广告前询问宽泛的年龄范围，不要求出生日期。选择未满 13 岁时，不初始化或请求广告；13–15 岁会在 UMP 和 Google 移动广告中启用未达同意年龄设置。年龄范围保存在本地，向 Google 传递的是对应的广告限制，而不是出生日期。如果你认为儿童向我们发送了个人信息，请联系我们，以便核查并在适当情况下删除。
7. 政策更新与联系方式
政策变更时，我们会在本页面公布并更新日期与适用版本。在有要求的情况下，我们会在引入新的数据处理前提供额外告知或征求同意。
